Ayrika Fletcher is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law where her honors include receiving the highest grade in Economic Development. She spent a year in the Community Development Clinic representing various community groups including a HOPE VI community. Before venturing out into her own practice, Fletcher clerked at the Maryland Commission on Human Relations and was the managing attorney at a mid-sized real estate law firm in downtown Baltimore.
